Refund Policy

1.All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access, digital delivery, and personalized nature of our programs, all purchases from iInfluenceSales.com are non-refundable, in whole or in part, and there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. This applies to all programs, courses, memberships, masterminds, coaching, downloadable resources, and application-based services offered by Choose 2 Win Ventures LP.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have received immediate value in the form of access to digital content and/or personalized services, and you expressly waive any right to a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2.Payment Plans

If you enroll on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full purchase price. Canceling participation, stopping payments, or discontinuing use of a program does not relieve you of the remaining balance, and all scheduled installments remain due and payable. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or revocation of program access until the balance is resolved, and unpaid balances may be referred for collection.

3.Application-Based & Personalized Programs

Personalized services — including private coaching and Access VIP Partner engagements — are non-refundable once onboarding, scheduling, or delivery begins. Because these services reserve dedicated time and resources for you, no portion of the fee is refundable after the engagement has commenced.

Where such a non-waivable right applies, we will honor it to the extent required by law. Any exception, credit, or accommodation offered by us in a specific case is made at our sole discretion and does not modify this Policy or create any ongoing obligation.
